We automate the work your team still does manually.
AI automation for mid-market companies in Morocco, Europe and the Gulf. We build it into the systems you already run — no migration, nothing to licence from us — and it goes live in weeks, not quarters.
Live, in production, demoable today.
The Financial Intelligence Platform is a working product, not a deck. Ask a live P&L anything and four AI agents go to work on your numbers — you get a board-grade answer back, with every figure traceable to the source it came from.
Most clients need one of these. Some need both.
Every project is aimed at one of three places.
We’ll automate whatever is eating your team’s time. These three are how we make sure it also puts money back — every project is aimed at one of them, so you can see what the return looks like before you commit.
Leads that reach your CRM the moment they arrive, qualify themselves, and get followed up whether or not anyone remembers to — wherever your pipeline is currently leaking.
Keep clients close after the sale and give them a reason to buy again: onboarding that runs itself, a portal they actually log into, and a CRM that reflects what is really happening in the account.
The recurring work that eats the week — support run out of an inbox, reports rebuilt by hand every month, data carried between systems by a person.
Those are examples, not a catalogue. If the work repeats, it’s a candidate — and the diagnostic is what tells you which ones are worth building.
One diagnostic found twelve opportunities. We shipped five.
One two-week diagnostic surfaced twelve automation opportunities across the business. We built five of them:
All in production today.

“They conducted a comprehensive audit of our digital presence and operations, deployed critical technical corrections within weeks, and surfaced high-value automation opportunities in our network operations. They don’t operate like a traditional vendor — they act as a true embedded technology partner.”
Tieb AamranFounder, BBRS ConsultingThree steps.
The first one stands on its own. The diagnostic is a deliverable, not a sales call — two weeks inside your business, every automation opportunity found and ranked by what it’s worth, and a written recommendation you can act on with us or without us.
We spend two weeks inside the business with the people who actually run the process—no pre-picked vendors, no agenda.
What ships:
A working session with the people who run the processEvery automation opportunity in the business, found and listedThe three highest-return ones, ranked with the reasonA written recommendation — build or don’t build, and whyFixed scope, fixed price, no open-ended retainers. We build whatever the diagnostic ranked first, into the systems you already run.
What ships:
Whatever the diagnostic ranked first, built and shippedLive on the systems you already run — your ERP, your CRM, your cloudYou own it outright — if we stop working together, it keeps runningYour team trained on it, not dependent on usAutomation breaks when the business changes around it. We stay on to keep it running and to build the next thing the business finds.
What ships:
Monitoring and maintenance on everything we’ve builtNew automations as the business finds themA named person who knows your systems, not a ticket queueOnly entered once something is already workingWe hand you a production agent that runs Monday morning.
And it runs inside the stack you already chose. We work with the tools your team uses — no migration, no rip-and-replace, nothing new to licence before you see it working.
What you’re probably thinking.
Why not a freelancer?
A freelancer ships and disappears. When it breaks in month four—and automation breaks when the business changes around it—you are looking for someone who has moved on. We ship production systems and stay on the run contract, which is also why we care whether it was the right thing to build.
Why not an AI agency?
Agencies sell you a chatbot, because a chatbot is what they have. We start from where you are losing money, and every build is aimed at a number you can name—more customers, growth from the customers you already have, or a lower cost to serve them.
Will it work with the tools we already have?
We build on what you own—your ERP, your CRM, your cloud, your spreadsheets if that is genuinely where the work lives. We are not tied to one vendor’s stack, there is no platform to licence from us, and no migration before you see value.
What if the diagnostic says don’t build?
Then it did its job. “Don’t build” rarely means “nothing to do”—usually the return is real and an AI agent isn’t the route to it: a process to change, a tool you already pay for that nobody configured, a step that should be removed rather than automated. You keep the full ranked list either way.
The person in the first meeting is the person who builds it.
No account layer, no handover to a delivery team you haven’t met. You get one senior person who knows your systems, and they stay on through the run contract.
Architected and built by the same person — no account layer, no handoff. Over a decade of enterprise analytics leadership in large multinational organisations.
Start with the diagnostic. It stands on its own.
Two weeks, fixed fee, a written build-or-don’t-build recommendation you keep either way.
